All are graded accordingly, bred, and raised from specially curated genetics. Their meats are even rated at a 7 and, at times, a 10 when it comes to marbling grading.

Pappy’s Peppers, which is located in Blossom, Texas, started making ground pepper, jellies, and hot sauces in 2016. The hot flavor variants are made from jalapeño and habanero peppers. The super hot variants, on the other hand, are made from ghost pepper, Trinidad Scorpion, and Carolina Reaper.
